Assignments for Geometry 1 -       Part 2

Assignment 4-1

Do the Written Exercises 2 to 20 even page 120 - 121.

Write these on paper and be orderly.

After you complete the quiz study the summary  page and then take the quiz again. Take a screenshot of the second summary page and then come back here to drag it to the assignment page that you created.   Study the results again.    Share as usual.

Do the Written Exercises 2 to 16 even on pages 124 to 125.

Do you know what the little arrows mean on the diagrams in #10 to 14???

They mean parallel.  see bottom page 79 if you forgotten.

Be sure to include both answers for 2 to 14,    the triangles (letters in correct order) and the SAS or ASA or SSS.

Send the 6 answers that I requested in the online Lesson 4-2 part 2. And if one of the answers is "no congruence" then tell me one way that we could have congruent triangles.  That is tell me what congruent sides or angles do we need in order to have congruent triangles, and give the reason too, SAS or SSS or ASA.

Do you recall the midsegment of a triangle?  It connects 2 midpoints.   It is parallel to the base of the triangle and it is half as long as the base.   You will see this also in the assignment.

For #12 you may write a sentence instead of the equation.

You must send equations for 16 and 18. And for 18 also solve for x and y.
